been using this for 2 weeks. so far the pain in my leg between my torso and upper leg bone seems to have dissapeared.

I had injuries to both of my knees about 15 years ago and it was painful to climb and descend stairs. This product saved my from surgery and brought back full knee usage and eliminated the pain. I use it faithfully and have recommended it to numerous friends and family. All have had benefits from it, even helped a friend who had a knee replacement recover much more quickly.

treadmill,not everyday,but most days.
I throw the weights around on weekends
and work in a meat plant.Do these pills
help my joints?I think so.If nothing else
they help maintain them.I think they're

I took 2 a day and after about 3 weeks I started Feeling good results. My stupid left knee would hurt walking up stairs, I'm 22 and have never injured it more then just banging it around while playing soccor or baseball. Anyways this stuff works well just continue to take it and you wil see results / reduced pain.

When my 126 lb Doberman-Shepard got diagnosed with Hypothyroid a few months ago, I started her medication and this product at the same time. Before anything was given to her, she not lazy but had a hard time moving, especially in her rear legs. Let me tell you, after losing 19 lbs from her prescription and giving her the Glucosamine & Chondroitin she acts like a puppy again. Always wants to run and swim and chase her baby sister around the woods. I choose this brand because it doesn't have other ingredients like a lot of other products have. Plus asked a vet what the difference is between "human grade" and "animal grade", "animal grade" is a lower quality (for a much higher cost, wtf", and I'm sorry but if it not good enough for me it's not good enough for her. This is a definite must have for bad joints!

I've been using the Caps for about three weeks, and I can say that it seems to make a noticeable difference to my chronic leg aches and pains; nothing magical, but a small improvement. I would recommend it. One note: it took one week shipping to the East coast.
