We have an 11 year old Jack Russell Terrier, who still runs and jumps like a puppy. Lately we noticed that when he lays down in the evening, he has a hard time getting up. He would be stiff, and sometimes limp on one foot or another. The condition seemed to occur more often after he had a busy day of running around. He has been on the Glucosamine Chondrotin for about 45 days, and the results are incredible. He gets up from laying down without any stiffness, and he has not limped once since he started taking this product. The results could be seen within days after he started taken the tablets. It works!

My dog loves the chewable bacon flavored glucosamine chondroitin. She won't eat any other chewable glucosamine chondroitin so we're happy to have finally found a product she'll eat - and it seems to work.

After our vet's blessing, we started our 14 year old dog on these supplements. After a few weeks of taking them, she is no longer limping and seems to be getting up and down a lot easier. We will continue to use them!

My 7 year old German Shepherd/Chesapeake Bay Retriever cross is, without these pills, a very slow-moving and pained dog. She has trouble standing up, getting onto the couch, and sometimes even walking; however, she has been on these pills for only a month now, and I have seen a HUGE improvement. She runs for short distances and doesn't seem to be nearly as stiff anymore. I will definitely be continuing to purchase these in the future.

Aunt Katy's dog is 30 lbs, but couldn't stomach a full pill. I am cutting them in half and NO problems. PLUS, she didn't like anything else. She needs this, many thanks.

Corky was just a little over a year old when he started to develop a hitch in his rear leg when he first got up. He would have to take a few steps before he could put his leg down. The veterinarian suggested he start on glucosamine with chondroitin and salmon oil to help control his arthritis. I found this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try. It works so well that my dog is able to compete in agilty without any problems. I make sure he gets his tablet every morning with his breakfast. I have been using this product now for 2 years and will continue to do so.
My other 56 lb 4 year old dog Betty developed a limp in her right rear leg 4 months ago. The veterinarian found arthritis in her rear foot and suggested the same treatment. I tried a different product through Drs.Smith and Foster and finished the product without good results. I started her on this product and I have seen an improvement with her stiffness after 2 weeks. Also Betty has a sensitive stomach and this product has not upset her digestion.
I felt I needed to write this review to let others know I have used this product for over 2 years with excellent results with one dog and now with a second dog.

My 2 year old yellow lab started limping after his agility class. We had him on anti-inflammatories intermittently. We tried to make him rest so it would heal, but it is extremely hard to make a yellow lab rest. His energy is through the roof. The vet finally recommended we try glucosamine, so I found this product on Amazon. Within 2 weeks his limp is COMPLETELY gone! I will continue to give this to him! Great product!

My 7 yr old Golden Retriever started limping on her front paw for no known reason. The vet couldn't find anything obviously wrong. She is very active with running, walking & swimming and it was hard to see her limping and unable to have her usual fun. I started her on 1500 mg of the Glucosamine Chondroitin tablets and within 1 week she was not limping anymore and seemed to feel so much better. I was so happy to have my energetic dog back! I will keep her on the tablets and highly recommend the bacon flavor which Maggie just loves!

My dog doesn't seem to mind the taste at all. I toss it in with her food twice a day and she always eats it. I've already seen a huge difference in her in less than 2 weeks; she's 16, but running around like a young'un again. Disclaimer: her arthritis is not bad at all, it only affects her occasionally. The vet recommended I put her on supplements so that we don't have those occasional bad days so often.

While I am unsure of the direct effect after one month of Glucosamine Chondroitin on my 8kg dog, the medication has certainly not presented any digestive problems and he readily eats the pills as a morning treat.

My dog is also on 81mg buffered aspirin and sleeps on a heated bed so the interaction of these 3 interventions could be having a more synergistic effect on his hip pain and limited mobility. Certainly the combination has made a positive difference in his overall mobility.
