This review is from: The New Glucose Revolution What Makes My Blood Glucose Go Up . . . and Down?: 101 Frequently Asked Questions About Your Blood Glucose Levels (Paperback)
The information in the book was very helpful to me. I am 61 years old and have pre-diabetes. I need information on carbohydrates and foods that have a high glycemic index. This book is all I need to point me in the right direction for healthy eating.

I have studied this book thoroughly three times now and it has enhanced my in depth understanding as to why my BGL readings fluctuate from day to day. Every diabetic needs to have this comprehensive reference book on their bookshelf and to study it thoroughly. This sort of knowledge mitigates a diabetic's concern about day to day fluctuations in their BGL's.
