Has a lot of good gluten free recipies. I have tried several of them and they are easy to follow and taste good. My family does not realize that they are gluten free :) Publix in my area carries most of the ingrediants.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gluten Free Great Recipes! February 6, 2013
Amazon Verified Purchase
I found out that I was gluten-intolerant about three years ago and ever since, it's always a daily process of adjusting. I think it's difficult when you have a very specific diet not to get really stuck in a particular "rut"--for example, lately, all I find myself cooking is corn tortillas with various fillings--as breakfast tacos, lunch, dinner, even with a bit of peanut butter and jelly for a late snack. This book was a great resource for me to try to step out of my box and remember other foods! Vegetarians be warned, this book does lean towards a lot of meat, which is an easy thing to do when avoiding gluten, but I personally just skipped by those recipes since I don't eat meat.

Point is, I'm definitely trying the recipe for Buckwheat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies! Yum.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gluten-Free Diet as a Challenge Rather Than a Chore! December 3, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
For those looking to approach a healthy Gluten-Free diet as "a challenge rather than a chore" as Susan Wallace points out you'll find that this book will make it so that in "no time, you and your family have really conquered the world of gluten free cooking." This book provides an excellent introduction that offers much encouragement to those of us looking for a healthier diet but not restricted to one. Highly recommend if you are on the fence about possibly starting a Gluten-Free diet!
