I was really impressed with this cookbook. 12 great looking recipes (haven't tried them yet, but will). Good description of ingredients, and tips on making gluten free bread. The only thing that kept me from giving this book a 5 star rating was that every recipe had a gluten free flour blend listed as one of the ingredients. There was no recipe listed that you could make your own blend for this ingredient either. I was hoping to get a couple of gluten free flour blend recipes and how to use them in making some great bread. Now I'll have to hope the blend I buy will work with the recipe. Crossing my fingers that I don't waste money in my experiments!

this is a work in progress as I have gone gluten (wheat free)...so the terxtures and flours are different. As you know... Am tweaking them as I use to my specifications...
