I love making healthy foods for my family and this book has a lot of great recipes. I'm a huge fan of coconut so I couldn't resist making the coconut muffins listed in the book and they are wonderful! I was mostly very happy with this recipe book. Being gluten free means we have to change the way we eat, and this book showed me some really great ideas and recipes that I haven't thought of. I was just a bit disappointed with the mix that was adapted from someone else, I don't live in America, so don't have access to that, but also felt it was a bit of a copout being someone else's recipe. Also, I feel that if you are going to write a gluten free book you should also have a gluten free flour recipe that can be used for the recipes the call for gluten free, not everyone has access to the gluten free flours.
Other than that, I think I will get good use out of this!!!

Suzanne Leonard is a wife and mother of three young children. Her family follows a gluten free diet, and Suzanne has written a series of gluten free cookbooks to help other families do the same.

There have been many studies that have shown the health benefits of following a gluten free diet, including improved behavior in some children.

Suzanne works full time and pre-plans everything - from breakfast, to dinner, to her kids' school lunches - and it makes life a lot easier! When you have hundreds of gluten free recipe at your fingertips, you never have to stand in front of the fridge door, wondering, "What on earth can I eat?"
