Of course, I cannot try every recipe before I review a cookbook, but we have enjoyed all the ones we had a chance to make, and I am excited about making many more of these. I know this book is going to get a lot of use at our house, and I would highly recommend it if you eat gluten-free or as a gift for someone you love who does.

Chandice was also recently interviewed on my radio show,. The Gluten Free Voice with Jules, and shared many more tips and great information on living gluten free on a budget.

Seriously, I haven't tabbed so many recipes in one cookbook in a long time! I've marked to try: Three Cheese White Sauce Lasagna, Taco Casserole, Navajo Tacos, Hearty Oat Bread, Peanut Butter Bars and more!
Love that these are all family friendly meals.
I made the Flaky & Sweet Almond Danish and oh boy, was that good! I hid it from my family and ate the whole pan myself! Highly recommend! Not gritty, no weird texture - just amazing texture and flavor!
My 4 year old is wheat free and so I've been trying to find recipes the whole family and our friends could enjoy. So far, most of what I have tried has been the baked goods--that is the hardest category of foods for those going GF--and I have been pleasantly surprised. The authors have worked hard to get both flavor AND texture right.
I would highly recommend this cookbook to any one looking to go GF. The recipes are for real foods that real people eat and not following some fad.
