This book is really geared towards very simple recipes, which is a good thing. However, there is not a good variety of "family" dishes available to use on a daily basis. More geared toward the single-person who is on the run! The recipes in the book seem good, but don't look all that interesting as a whole.

I have made several of her recipes, some came out great, some were just middle of the road. However, the steps are simple and ingredients are not expensive. One complaint i have is that her servings are made for 4+. I am single and just making dishes for myself... so i had to figure out how to decrease each ingredient. Overall, this is a great book and I definitely recommend it!!

Definitely worth buying if you follow a healthy gluten free diet! The recipes are recognizable, interesting, and easy to prepare. My favorite are the peanut butter cookies!

Adapting to a gluten-free lifestyle can be daunting, I was hoping this cookbook would give me some recipes that avoided the complex and hard to find ingredients I saw in other cookbooks. I was blown away when I opened to find a recipe for gluten-free french toast. You want to know the secret? Use gluten free bread.
I am sure there are people this book is right for (my SIL doesn't know how to make french toast) but it isn't for anyone who knows their way around the kitchen already.

I thought this book was totally lacking in creativity. Most of the ideas, you can hardly call them recipes, involved assembling food that I would not want to eat such as in using a rice cake as a mini pizza crust. I had already thought of and rejected most of the suggestions in the book. I don't even see a reason to keep the book. It was a major disappointment.
