Well written book that really delves into some great recipes for a gluten free diet. I've tried a couple of the recipes already and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tastes. A couple of my friends and a family member need to eat gluten free and this book really made cooking for them easy.

I can honestly give this book a 5 star review because it was written by someone with some knowledge of the condition. I have seen too many who think that they can write a book about going gluten free and couldn't identify gluten under the threat of death. Some even go so far as to print recipes that contain gluten!! This had great tips, nice tasting recipes and a great amount of info presented in an easy to follow conversational tone. I especially liked the section Make Your Own. It gave me some great info and some tips that I hadn't yet found. This would be a nice book for someone who is new to the diet/lifestyle and is feeling overwhelmed by the stress of it.

Another great one from this Author. You do not have to be Gluten intolerant to enjoy the great tasting recipes in this book. The "Make Your Own" sauce and dressing chapter is a great addition. The author clearly put her heart into this one. Highly Recommended!!
