The book will do more than just provide you with gluten free recipes. There are many people who have heard about gluten free and they don't even know what that is, so while there are people who cannot digest gluten, there are other who just choose not to eat it or that don't eat it because they heard it is bad. So this book does a good job at explaining what gluten is, and the effects gluten based foods have in our bodies along with introducing a gluten free diet plan and its benefits with some recipes to make it more complete.

For anyone who has to go on a gluten free diet, this book is an excellent resource. Also if you have a family member that is on a G-free diet, it really educates you on the diet. When you have to eliminate something from your diet, it is never easy...this book makes it seem more bearable and doable. This book has given me all the tools I need to live the rest of my life comfortably gluten free. I'm forever grateful for that.
