5.0 out of 5 stars Great How-to Guide for Gluten-Free Lifestyle
How I wish this book had been available years ago when my relative was diagnosed with celiac disease! 1.0 out of 5 stars Don't think so...
With the first two sentences, Yarbrough lost her credibility. While a gluten-free lifestyle is a requirement for both conditions, gluten intolerance does not equate to Celiac disease. One is a sensitivity/allergic reaction, while the other is a disease process. One holding themselves out as a self-styled expert should know at least that much!

How I wish this book had been available years ago when my relative was diagnosed with celiac disease! Yarbrough does a wonderful job of taking a very confusing subject and explaining it in easy-to-understand language. She also describes her own experience of learning to cope with the disease and how to approach the overwhelming life change of maintaining a gluten-free diet. If you are someone or know someone who either might be gluten intolerant, or who already has a definite diagnosis, this book will give you invaluable help that you will want to refer to over and over again.
