I got this book as a gift. I was disappointed to see that many of the recipes are not gluten free, but instead there is a blurb on the bottom of the page that tells you how to make it gluten free. I expected all of the recipes to be dairy free, wheat free, and gluten free but they weren't.

I have tried so many gluten-wheat-dairy free pizza doughs and they were tough or totally fell apart. Most of the store bought ones I tried tasted
like cardboard. This was perfect I used soy mozzorella cheese and goat
gouda and sheepsmilk pecorino romano. It made a great white pizza.pg66
I've also made the cornbread pg24 very good.I made the rich piecrust
dough pg 21.Very easy to work with did it in the food processor made
a peach pie, and a dark chocolate and raspberry pie, Both turned out great,
very good book although I'd have to say the this Book is definately for
someone who likes to cook and is not looking for a quick fix,but in my estimation well worth the money and the time.

This review is from: Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free & Dairy-Free Recipes: More Than 100 Mouth-Watering Recipes for the Whole Family (A Cook's Bible) (Paperback)
I wanted an cookbook that didn't use wheat flour, dairy products or eggs. There are a lot of eggs used. The recipes are more complicated that I want. I will be returning it....
