This book allows you to review gluten intolerance without spending alot of time and money. Page 9 has an eye opener quote " it has been suggested that gluten intolerance is a sequel to cow's milk intolerance."

Don't waste your money. This was copyrighted in 1987. There are only 22 pages of text. It touches on the general premise, but there are much better/up to date resources available.
