4.0 out of 5 stars Tasty cookies for diabetics, low carb eaters and celiacs
I purchased several flavors of A Bountiful Harvest cookies, including Pumpkin Walnut, Almond Crunch and the Triple Chocolate Macadamia Nut. I found all three varieties delicious and addictive. They are not overly sweet and can be a little messy to eat but definitely worth it. If you are looking for a satisfying treat for your sweet tooth, but have some health issues...

3.0 out of 5 stars Ok...
... if you like dark chocolate, you might like these cookies. The outside part is too bitter to me, but it has a great aftertaste (go figure!) - maybe because of the macadamia inside.

If you are looking for a satisfying treat for your sweet tooth, but have some health issues (diabetic, celiac disease) or are on a low carb diet, these cookies may be just what you are looking for.

My only complaint is there is no nutritional info either on the A Bountiful Harvest website (I just checked) or on their packaging. It would be nice to know the serving portion and calories per serving, sodium, etc. I have a feeling these are NOT a low calorie treat (they certainly do not taste low calorie!) so it might be a good idea, if you are weight-watching, to limit yourself to only two or three per serving.

These cookies were great - as a diabetic, I am constantly searching for products that won't raise my blood sugar and that actually taste good. These cookies did that. Wish they weren't so expensive!

First of all, if you are a sugarholic addict, get of sugar for at least a week before you try these.. If you are not a dark dark chocolate lover you may not like these. I just got some of these the other day and they are delicious!!! It is so rare in a world of mass production, to find a home made cookie with NO SUGAR!!! are you kidding me !!! its wonderful. I love you bountiful harvest. I adore dark chocolate with a hint of sweetness..these are perfect with ice cold soymilk or hot tea, they also sell lots of other lo carb items that are awesome!!!!

This was not even sweet. I recommend the pumkin walnut variety which is very nice and tastes sweet enough.
