I am interested in purchasing this book and your other one, The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook: Two Hundred Gourmet & Homestyle Recipes for the Food Allergic Family.

Howaever, I see the biggest complaint is the flour is wheat. My son is gluten-free, corn-free, egg-free, milk-free, nut-free, soy-free, and tomato-free.

What will I use for the flour?
