Good product, wish it did not have corn (I have a corn intolerance). Also, I thought it might be helpful to list the ingredients for other buyers.

INGREDIENTS:
"Corn starch, white rice flour, organic palm oil, vegetable margarine, modified corn starch, cheese preparation (cheddar powder, maltodextrin, yeast, salt, sunflower oil), dextrose, liquid whole egg, olive oil, yeast, salt, guar gum, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, mono and diglycerides, natural flavor."

I was looking for a great cracker to be able to make "lunchable" like meals for my children to take to school. They are age 7 and 9 and both gluten free. These have worked wonderful. We have tried the regular (good but kind of plain in flavor), whole grain (very strong spice taste the kids didn't care for) and Cheddar Cheese. I recommend the cheese. The only issue I have with these crackers is that they are a little brittle and 1/2 the bag (there are two in a box) is always crumbled pieces and there aren't many whole crackers. But when you are gluten free and looking for a replacement you put up with a lot.

It's hard to believe these are missing anything, but they have no gluten, and are really outrageously good. They don't remind me of goldfish crackers, but of Ritz crackers - buttery, crunchy and good. They aren't overtly cheesy, and have just a faint tang of cheese. These are awesome with Cheez Whiz, meats, peanut butter, just about anything you care to put on them. A superior product from a superior company. I have many of their items on my pantry shelves. They are my dependable go to company when I want a gluten free product. The only downside is that they tend to be crumbly; I wish they were packaged differently, but generally not a lot of them arrive broken, and even those taste fantastic.

The taste of these crackers is wonderful!... BUT they don't arrive as whole crackers... they should be labeled as
CRACKER CRUMBS. You may get one whole one out of the package.I got a coupon from the company for any product up to $6.99.
I used amazon to reduce the price vs the grocery.. so I have 12 boxes of *crumbs*. The grocery has the same issue.
hope they resolve the problem.
My choice now is Blue Diamond nut thins-- all kinds of dif flavors & cheaper.

FLAVOR:

We just started to experiment with gluten free foods at my house, and I would have to say that these are the best tasting crackers I've found thus far. I would not say the cheddar compares to the likes of goldfish or Cheezits.... these crackers just have a 'hint' of cheese flavor to them. They are about 1-1/2x the size of a Ritz cracker and much harder, but I like that.

PACKAGING:

I really like the packaging in that there are 2 sealed bags inside the box, so you can open one and keep the other freshly sealed. However, Glutino really needs to find a way to package/ship in such a way that most of the crackers don't end up broken. I would say our box was about 75% broken, which is kind of ridiculous. It's no biggie if you're just munching, but for putting out a cracker/cheese tray or sending in place of "Lunchables" to school, it's a miss. Hence the -1 star.

PRICE:

Found these at my "Ma & Pop" grocer for $4.99 and haven't seen them at the local Wal-Mart or Meijer, so to me, the bulk deal is a good one.

The crackers themselves are delicious, but I ordered pack of 6 boxes, and LITERALLY not one cracker was whole. As I opened each box, I held my breath, hoping that box would not just have pieces of what was once crackers... All 6 boxes were just pieces of crackers!! I wish they had been packaged better. :-/

I love Glutino crackers they taste so good even my non-gluten free spouse likes them. But, another approach to packaging is needed so there are not so many broken crackers in every box.

I am not on a gluten free diet. However, I find gluten free foods more filling. And so, I gave these crackers a try, after coming across them in my grocery store. I like the original and cheddar flavours the best (the cheddar flavour is very delicate).

1) I have not experienced the breakage problem some mention. Yes, there is a broken cracker here and there, but nothing out of norm. Quite frankly, I think they pack them as they do, in two pouches, two servings each, in order to pump up the volume, so to speak. Each of these boxes contains only four servings (32 crackers). That's not much for the price. This is the only reason for the four, rather then five star rating.
2) They are filling and tasty. I am addicted to these crackers with red pepper humus. Yum! They scoop well once you get a hang of it (they are flaky and will break more often then regular crackers would in the same situation).
3) The box is made of 100% recycled material, for those to whom this matters.

Enjoy!

PS: There is a warning on the label that says they may contain traces of soy, milk, and sesame, in case anyone is alergic. Also, they do contain eggs.
