Les Importations De-Ro-Ma, the parent company of Glutino, was founded in 1983 by Mario and Lucy DeRossi as a manufacturer and importer of gluten-free products. In 1999, the company was purchased by Steven J. Singer and David Miller, who are now acting president and executive vice-president, respectively. Under the brand Glutino, the company has produced and sold gluten-free/wheat-free breads, bagels, pizzas, and desserts throughout North America. The company also imports top European gluten-free and wheat-free pasta, biscuits, and crackers from Dr. Schar, Bi-Aglut, and Glutafin.
