yummy macaroni,

My son loves this macaroni. It has a great texture and flavor when cooked and makes excellent macaroni and cheese. I make sure I always have it in the pantry.

We've tried a number of pastas and the texture on this one is the closest to "real" pasta that we've found. It worked very well when I used it to make GFCF macaroni and cheese (in case you're interested I used the "Follow Your Heart" vegan cheese in cheddar flavor).
