awesome ebook. definitely worth buying. if you have or want to avoid diabetes this book will help you manage your blood sugar level. combine with "for dummies" books on diabetes and "nutrient timing" and youll be so healthy you wont know what to do lol.
ive read some studies on the glycemic index but this goes deeper into it and also the GI LOAD which is also important.
ive only read a few chapters but its great. ill update once ive finished.

Much of the information in this book looked to be just general weight loss information, probably used in all of the Dummy diet books. Some of the information did not agree with other GI books and leading research available on the web, I suspect this is because it was just material used in all the Dummy diet books. If you are looking for a good book to help you control your blood sugar and eat in a healthy way this is not it.
