Ok¡K The vet recommended Glyco-Flex III Soft Chews by Vetri-Science for our Bull Mastiff Sierra. She was doing GREAT since her life expectancy is 8 and she is 11 but we wanted to make sure her joints were ok. The bag recommends 5 per day for a dog her size but we started only giving her one to slowly introduce her to it. We did notice that she would play with the other dogs a little and seemed to feel great.

Over the last 3 days I noticed Sierra is being a NUT! She is running around like a puppy and super playfull! I asked my boyfriend what the heck is going on with her? He said he started giving her 2 chews a day about a month ago! Holly Molly WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our old ¡§granny dog¡¨ is following him all around the house all day like it is dinner time and jumping up on him doing her happy dance. This stuff is GREAT and she LOVES the taste of them! So¡K If you have a Granny Dog¡K you should try this stuff! º

I got this product from my vet as a sample, and I saw an immediate improvement in my dog. He wasn't selling it yet, so I shopped around and Amazon had the best price by far. I am very satisfied. I always am with Amazon.

My elderly dog enjoys her morning chew and it seems to help with her arthritis. Good price and fast service.

It's your dog. He or she can't really talk to you, but you know when they are hurting. Is the Glyco-Flex the reason she seems to be not limping anymore when she first gets up? Is it because she had an injury that was not readily apparent, and has now healed? It's hard to prove, but if you determine for yourself that you either want or need this product for your best friend, then you may as well not go broke!

What a great deal for the price! She looks forward to each dose, and you could easily spend as much on some treats.

My youngest lab has had hip problems for a couple of years. When the vet prescribed this product I was pleasantly surprised to see a huge improvement. She now jumps into the back of my truck with no assistance. When we're in the woods, it's like she is a pup again because of her energy. Even though she is only 4 I believed my older 9 year old lab would outlive her. I now give it to the older dog as well and also see an improvement there. The best part is that these dogs love the soft chew so I give one to each of them twice a day as a treat. I would have looked for another product because I originally started with the hard biscuit version. It was difficult to get my dog to take them as any dog owner knows when your dog does not like something. I have only been aware of the soft chews for about six months but I am grateful for them extending the quality of my dogs' lives.

Ive bought other glucosamine/chondroitin chews but I have to force him to eat them...not these!
My ultra picky german sheperd devours them and even begs for more.

This product delivers! I have an 8lb, 11 yo poodle. Vet recommended. Within 3 days of starting her on this (1/2 chew/day) I could see very positive changes! After our walks and sprints she would sometimes limp from early shoulder arthritis. Now... no limping at all! She will be getting this every day, without fail. I recommend this to everyone, and 4 pups now have had very positive results. Dont hesitate, try this and you will be so pleased!

I don't usually do reviews for products but wanted to take the time for this product because it has been great! My akita is about 11 years old now and has been getting stiffer and stiffer over the last couple years. It was getting to the point that he didn't want to/couldn't play and was having trouble getting up and down. I tried a few different products but he is super difficult to get to take pills. I tried glucosamine/chondroitin pills and also a powdered supplement called K9 Joint Strong religiously but neither seemed to have much result. I own and operate a pet sitting service and have met a lot of older dogs and found that many of their owners use the Glyco-flex product so I thought I'd give it a try. I began giving it to him one month ago. He's 60 pounds and I have him on one chew 2x per day as directed for the first 4-6 weeks.

The change has been noticeable! He's clearly feeling better. He's more playful and energetic. He's not cured of course and is still stiff in the morning etc. However seeing him relieved to this extent and able to enjoy his time more is really wonderful! I'm so pleased! Thank you Glycoflex!

I have worked in the veterinary field for 18 years and have seen many glucosamine products. I also have had several dogs that have needed them over the years. I currently have a 4 year old Chesapeake bay Retriever with hip dysplasia, an 11 year Chow mix with arthritis issues and a 9 year old Basset Hound with Basset Hound issues...Yep..their legs are crooked :) I have found Glycoflex III to be the best product for them. Granted, it is not necessary for dogs with minor issues, but for their cases I would highly recommend Glycoflex I or II. excellent products and Vetriscience is a great company.

My little doxi/bassett mix dog has degenerative disc disease, which we discovered in February of 2011 when she suddenly lost the use of her hindquarters. She couldn't even go potty on her own! The prognosis from the ER vet was pretty grim, and hopeless without the surgery he recommended. He actually suggested we have her put down at 3 years old!

We couldn't afford the surgery, and chose to seek out other options before we her put down. Glyco-Flex III was recommended by our regular vet, and we started her on it, along with some natural supplements and crate rest. She is running and playing again now without a wheelchair, and able to do her business on her own again (and more importantly. . .she is virtually pain-free). We don't ever miss giving her the Glyco-Flex. . .she still has degenerative disc disease, but her quality of life has far exceeded what any of the vets who evaluated her in February expected. I'm a believer!

If that's not enough to convince you how great this product is. . .we also started giving it to our 12+ year old beagle-bassett mix hound, and now she acts like she's still a puppy. She has zero mobility issues since starting the Glyco-Flex, and doesn't live in her bed anymore.
