My 2 year old son loves this book and even recites the story along with us as we read. It's a very fun book that is perfect for reading before bed.

This is one book that I don't mind reading to my daughter every night at bed time. The illustrations are also super cute.

This is a really cute book about imagination and getting ready for bedtime! Love the illustrations and the story, and my daughter does too.

My pre-school aged daughter can't get enough of this book. Usually, that means that I get sick and tired of a book, and have to hide it away for a while. However, after dozens of readings, I still find this story (and the pictures) adorable, and so I don't dread reading it for the 87th time.

Definitely one of my top 10 all favorites for pre-schoolers.

This book is wonderful. My son is 4, and he is often scared to go to bed. This story shows that the little girl creates the childlike monster, and then guides it through a bedtime routine. The monster is easy for a child to identify with, and is portrayed with a variety of feelings that the child can relate to.
My son was a bit startled/scared by the cover, but I reassured him this monster (and book) would be very funny. We laughed out loud as we read and enjoyed the funny storyline and illustrations.
I actually borrowed this book from the library, and we loved it so much we purchased it! Happy bedtime reading!!

This is a really fun book. My son loves it, especially when you read with fun monster voices! Great read!

My toddler loves this book. Actually the entire family loves this book. I highly suggest getting this for your child.

My daughter, 5, said after the firt reading: "I LIKE this book!" It's been a staple ever since.
