Absolutely life changing,

I read this book in 1985 when I was 20, in therapy for bulimia & had recently left a pretty disfunctional home. This book helped me to find an emotional balance,a comparison, a reference point to call "normal" on which to base the choices ahead of me as to what kind of person I wanted to be.I lost my original copy over the years then obtained a long desired 2nd copy from Amazon last year(98) then I had the misfortune of losing my home and every material posession to a fire in June of 98.(Before I had the chance to re-read it.) Now it's out of print & is one of only a dozen or so posessions I truly mourn the loss of.

Me tropecé con este libro casi por accidente, (aunque me niego a creer en coincidencias), y desde que lo lei ya nunca fui el mismo.
La información que contiene cambio radicalmente la perspectiva con la que veo mi vida. Para mi, leer este libro es como ver el sol brillando cuando uno pasa por las tormentas emocionales de la vida. Excelente libro! |
