Awesome! What a great resource for youth ministry. So many great ideas! Youth pastors/workers are always trying to find new and inventive ways of honoring and supporting their volunteer team. I've been searching for a resource like this for years. It is finally here! Anyone involved in youth ministry or any ministry needs this book! Great resource!
