About the Author

Shelley Gaskin, Series Editor for the GO! Series, is a professor of business and computer technology at Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California. She holds a master's degree in business education from Northern Illinois   University and a doctorate in adult and community education from Ball State University. Dr. Gaskin has 15 years of experience in the computer industry with several Fortune 500 companies and has developed and written training materials for custom systems applications in both the public and private sector. She is also the author of books on Microsoft Outlook and word processing.

This book has been a great help in teaching me the ins and out of Word 2007. I have done one chapter a week for the past 3 weeks and I know more now then I ever knew with any other book for the Office Suite. Great information, would definitly recommend this book.

I ordered this book from betterworldbooks and paid extra for quick shipping thinking it would arrive in 3 days at most. I needed this for a class. I ordered it over a week ago and it still hasn't come. My exam is in 3 days. I am never buying books through shipping again after this, especially not from betterworldbooks.

HI ..UNFORTUNATELY I NEVER GOT THE BOOK. I ORDERED IT FOR A CLASS AND WROTE TO THE SELLER. THE DATE PASSED FOR WHICH I WAS TO RECEIVE THE BOOK. IT NEVER CAME AND THE SELLER WROTE IN RESPONSE TO MY E MAIL ' OOPS I FORGOT."
I WAITED DAILY FOR THE BOOK AND AM SO FAR BEHIND IN THE COURSE I MAY HAVE TO DROP IT.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
I HOPE TO SEE A REFUND ON MY ACCOUNT.
