This is a very nice foam roller. Keep in mind that it is very long....so if you are a short woman, you might want to get something smaller. I'm 6'1'' and it works for me, but my wife at 5'4'' would probably be better off with a 24 incher. Still, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very nice.

This is a good quality roller. I like the fact that comes with a DVD that shows you how you can use the roller... I bought it mostly to massage my IT band as I have knee problems.... I think it started to help already after using for 1 week. Highly Recommended!!!

This foam roller is not dense enough to survive repeated use. The foam compresses when you put your weight on it, but it does not return to its original shape. The best part about this purchase was the instructional video that comes with it. To be fair: it might be OK if you plan to use it once in a while, but I was using it 2-3x a week.

I bought a 36 inch GoFit red foam roller and I loved it but it
turned from a cylinder to an hour glass revolved around its
long axis! This happened after 1 month use. It did not
regain its original shape. It was great while it lasted.
How can I use it now?

We puchased this becuase a friend of ours (who has back issues) used this to help aleviate her back pain (by rolling back and forth several times once a day). So far it has definitly helped my wife. It is no magic fix, but seems to help allign stuff (note if you don't like your back cracking while rolling don't by this! )

I think we could have goten by with the shorter one, as somestimes it is hard to find a wide enough floor area to use this. But overall we have been very pleased with it.

I purchased this foam roller after completing physical therapy. It works wonderfully at loosening my IT band, which was the cause of tremendous hip pain that I was having. I also use it on my calves and back when needed.

I GOT MY FOAM ROLLER LESS THAN ONE WEEK AGO, AND IT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ONE OF THESE IF YOU HAVE SORE/TIGHT MUSCLES. THE VIEDO IS BRIEF, BUT IT COVERS MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO USE THE PRODUCT. I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING A ROLLER WITH THE VIDEO UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH USING THE PRODUCT. I WISH I HAD GOTTEN ONE OF THESE YEARS AGO!

My husband swears by this thing. He is an adventure racer, who is currently training for the Iron Man race. I do not know much about the product, but he uses it consistently and is very pleased with the results.

After using a similar product at the gym and at a friends, I ordered this one on-line at a price similar to what they had paid. I was surprised to find mine was larger and of equal or better quality and cost less. It was a great bang for the buck. My wife uses it for back pain and I use it for massage and stretching.

The foam roller is great but the DVD doesn't provide much. I was expecting it to be an interactive routine rather than just how to use it.
