Very fast service and great product. The box was torn but looked like it was done by UPS causing one prong to be bent but it didn't cause any issues with the crate so I let it be. I was amazed at how EASY it was to put together. My last crate created much aggravation, blood, and sweat to put it together so I was expecting the worst. This crate literally unfolded and set up in minutes! I have a very large doberman (110lbs) and he fits nicely with extra room. The only thing I wish is for the doors to be able to be removed. Otherwise I definitely would rate the crate a five and the company a five :) VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Don't let the price scare you away. This is a Great Crate. The extra hooks on the doors make for great security, and safety for your dog. This crate is made better then a lot of the crates on the market that cost a considerable amount more. My Great Dane puppy loves it.

The product description here and at dig it pet's website would have you believe that the wire on this crate is heavy duty. It's not. It isn't as heavy as the Midwest Select Crate. I'll go ahead and use this one, as the shipping costs to return it will cost more than it is worth. However, I'll be replacing it with the select crate after my dobie finishes snacking on this one.

is a pain in the arse. Who came up with the brilliant idea of having tabs slip behind the bars to secure the doors? Our crate arrived with the doors sticking and it required major muscle to lift it up to release it. My husband worked on it for a good 15 minutes and ended up tweaking the door and using vaseline to grease the sliding loops to get them to slide easier. Also, the wire diameter is no greater than that on the Midwest crate which this one was to replace.

On a positive note, the tray appears to be made of a better quality plastic (or atleast different type) and hopefully will last longer than the tray on our Midwest which cracked and pieces broke off of it after 12 months of use.

I would not buy this brand crate again as long as the door design remains the same. Other than that, it is comparable to Midwest's crates. But I would replace the tray with a GoGo brand before buying a replacement Midwest tray.

UPDATE 12/18/09 - So okay, we've had the crate for several months now and I've adjusted to the door design. Since my hubs tweaked it, it has worked fine. One warning, though, make sure you slide the lock into place when your pet is inside. I became lazy and was only using the tabs that slide behind the bars. I'm still not sure exactly what my trouble making Goldie did, but, somehow, while rolling on her back in the crate she managed to pop open BOTH the front and side doors. Since I was sitting right in the room with her, this was no big deal; but had I been out, this could have been catastrophic. Word to the wise, slide the lock!

I do love the pan. It appears to be much better quality than the pan that came with my Midwest.

We got this for our 9 week old Newfoundland puppy, and we've used the divider so she can grow into her crate. Seems very sturdy, and I love the double door feature. (We actually used the divider so that one door/area of the crate is for our Newf, and the other is for our adult Bichon. This way, they can be in there together for now but each have their own space). The bottom tray makes for easy mess clean-up.

No complaints, seems to be just what I had expected and great value for the cost. Would recommend it and would buy it again.

This crate is a lifesaver!!! It is enormous!! its fits my Siberian husky and my huband at the same time!!! it is very durable and i love the double doors. Its perfect for crate training because it has the divider. It trained my husky in a week!!!

Not a bad crate for the money. We were very happy with it for the first three months. However, after three months our 70 lb. schnauzer poodle mix was able to bend and bite through the wire mesh. The description on this item notes that it is built with thicker gauge wire than other similar crates. It did not appear to be any thicker than other crates. I'll be shopping for a more solidly built crate, but if your dog doesn't chew or act up when crated this crate isn't a bad option for the money.

After reading these reviews I was skeptical about purchasing this crate. But the price swayed me and I ordered two. Excellent decision! These crates are super easy to assemble, will be easy to disassemble and store should I ever need to, and very roomy. No need to fear the sturdiness of this crate. It is far more sturdy than almost all the crates I have looked at at the pet stores. It is definitely more sturdy than my previous crates and they held a rottie and a lab. My only complaint is with UPS. The box was mangled when I found it sitting in the rain on my front porch. I do not think they treat any packages with respect. I would definitely recommend this crate to friend!!!

Ordered this crate because of the size. I have a newfoundland and he now can stretch out and has plenty of room to move around. The double door is handy. Set up was easy and seems to be sturdy enough even for my big guy. Great product and services.

We do dog rescue and have several of these crates along with some other brands. The gogo are the best quality at the best price. We like the doors because in the mornings we don't have to bend down and open each crate (great for the back). Instead you can stand next to the crate and just pull the top of the door slightly and the door will open. Don't worry, it's impossible for the dogs to do this. I suppose if we also used the latch in the middle we would have to bend over but these crates stay secure while the dogs are sleeping without using the second latch.
