I use strobe tuners in my studio and workshop, but little clip-on tuners are convenient for gigs, jam sessions, and group classes. So, I've owned and tried a lot of them. The Go Go TT-1 was the one I was most happy with due to its easy to read display along with good accuracy. However, it failed after only a few weeks. So, I could not let my earlier 5 star review stand. I do hope the manufacturer solves this durability problem.

When it worked, I preferred the TT-1 to my chromatic Snark, but the Snark is still going strong and is more compact. Although the Petersen Strobo Clip tuner is bulkier and more costly, it is my favorite for accuracy and ability to fine tune. I rely on it when accuracy is important.

I really love this Tuner. I've owned a few clip-on tuners before and have not used them much but I use the GoGo all the time. The GoGo tuner is the easiest to see when I'm performing. It's so easy, Green in, Red out. To my ears, it gives very accurate tuning results. I have used a Boss pedal tuner for years with my acoustics but The GoGo alleviates the additional chord hassle. Because it works so well, I also use it in the studio. When I'm tracking I'm interested in the easiest way to stay creative while not wasting precious time. A clip-on is the best way to achieve this if it works well. The GoGo does.

I got a new go-go tuner last week and the thing is just plain awesome. Clips on anywhere, it's bullet proof, and the bright orange looks really cool. best of all...I can see the read out when the lights go down at the club, making for a quick drop-tune and re-tune between songs a piece of cake.

Hi, this tuner looks cool, does everything well except if you try and use it outside. The display just isn't bright enough for use in sunlight or even bright cloud. I was playing at a camp and ended up having to borrow my friends $10 tuner to tune my guitar. Even shading the display with my hands was not enough to be able to see it - it was so dim I often thought it wasn't on. Other tuners I have had manage to find a way of working in sunlight, agreed the red/green LED changes don't show in such conditions, but you can still see the indicators to tune with. The tuner just looked like a bit of flash junk in these circumstances. So if you ever plan to play your guitar in your back garden or anywhere outside, get something else. Best wishes Amer

I used this to tune my Uke but it just doesn't seen to be that accurate. I prefer to use my DA Tuner app on my phone instead and since I don't leave home without my phone it gets more use than the
Go Go.

I owned a Snark tuner prior to the GoGo and much prefer the GoGo. Extremely accurate and I find it much easier to tune my guitar. (Notice it says it's accurate to within .5 cents whereas the Snark gives no mention of its accuracy which leads me to believe it's not very proud of the number). The only negative is that getting the battery door off was a real pain in the butt. If it wasn't for that I'd have given it 5 stars.

I hate to be the one to create the only negative review of this product. Got the tuner for Christmas, worked great for a few days, then I tried tuning another one of my guitars the battery died 1/2 way through. I replaced the battery worked prefect,a week or so later I checked the tuning on my guitar again the battery died. Returned to Amazon for credit. The best tuner I ever had when it worked.(It had to be me that got the bad one) I may reorder at a later date. Amazon is really great on costumer service.

I was in desperate need of a tuner for my acoustic guitar and after tons of research it came down to two tuners. It was between this one and the Snark. Obviously, with the brand name of Snark (including the fact that I have never heard of them) I was very skeptical of it's quality and why the product was being offered so cheap. After reading many review on the matter, I saw many reviews complained about how the Snark couldn't really pick up the low E on guitar very well. For a tuner, I find this completely unacceptable no matter how cheap the product is. That is why I decided to go for the GoGo. I read many reviews on this tuner and almost all of them were very positive, I actually don't even remember reading any negative reviews.

The two modes are very convenient, though I find myself using the piezo mode more because I feel like it is more accurate.

I heartily recommend this tuner!!!!
