Very comfortable shoe but runs 1/2 a size to a full size too small.
After reading lots of reviews, no one pointed out this fact.
I had to return the product and re-order.

You'd think a shoe with the name "GoLite" would be super lightweight. Actually they're pretty heavy, not quite as much as a full hiking boot but nowhere near as light as a typical sneaker.

The replaceable toe portion is a bit gimmicky and mine keeps coming loose, but otherwise this is a great shoe. It's perfect for casual hikes or walking where the terrain is questionable. Very comfortable, squeaked a bit when I first got them, but have thankfully stopped that now.

But, yeah, not light... or lite for that matter.

Very supportive hiking shoe, will be using these bad boys next weekend for a backwoods trip I have planned out. All leather upper may not breathe as well as other hiking shoes, but that will allow me to use these guys in the fall. All in all very happy with the purchase. Sizing is spot on so dont worry about having to get a size smaller or larger.
