For years, I would simply run wearing whatever was on sale at the time I happened to need a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, as I have gotten older it has become more noticeable on my knees so I finally decided to try these on for size and once I had them broken in, my knees haven't given me any more trouble. I'll definitely keep them in mind again when it comes time for the next pair.
