The GoPicnic lunches are quick and easy to grab for on-the-go meals.
Marine Corps Nomad
The meal consists of a pack of crackers, turkey pepperoni, asiago cheese spread, dried fruit, and a great little almond toffee chocolate bar.
Just a dude
I recommend that you try to buy a lesser quantity first elsewhere, just so you know that you will like the larger quantity of this order.

Flavor Name: Turkey Pepperoni and Cheese Verified Purchase
Love the GoPicnic ready-to-eat meals. Most days, I find myself running from back-to-back meetings and don't have time to stop for lunch. These store conveniently in my desk - I just grab and snack away - no waiting in line for the microwave. It has 12g protein, 2g fiber, and 290 calories. On the down side, it is high in sodium....890mg - 37% daily allowance! Expiration date was June 2011. Meal was tasty and I would buy again.

Flavor Name: Sunbutter and Crackers Verified Purchase
ADDENDUM, Sept. 2013: It looks like Amazon combined all of the GoPicnic product pages into just one page. This review is for "Sunbutter and Crackers" and was originally posted on that product's own individual page.
------
If you've already tried GoPicnic meals before, you know basically what to expect here: a main dish, a couple of side items, and a dessert.

While all GoPicnic meals are gluten-free, this meal is designed to avoid SEVEN types of allergens: wheat, dairy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs. It's also completely vegan. Just about anyone should be able to eat each of the included components of the meal.

The main dish is SunButter Creamy Sunflower Seed Spread with Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Crackers.

The sunbutter is pretty interesting- you have to sort of knead it before opening the package to make sure it's nice and mixed and pliable. It tastes a lot like peanut butter and is similarly sticky. The texture is more on the smooth side than the crunchy side. The crackers are pretty good- they're crisp and have a mild, subtle flavor.

The side dishes are a seed-and-fruit trail mix and a fruit snack.

The trail mix is really good- it's Mountain Mambo Nut Free Trail Mix, Gluten, Dairy & Nut Free, the main ingredients of which are pre-shelled sunflower seeds and bits of dried fruit (raisin and apple). My only complaint is that there's only 0.75oz of it, so it goes really quickly.

Flavor Name: Hummus and Crackers Verified Purchase
If you like hummus, you will love this little ready to eat meal. It is convenient, lightweight, packed to go anywhere (work, car, backpacking, picnicking, survival kit, etc.), and really fun and tasty. You get a little bag of gluten free rice/seed crackers (about 7), a tubie of hummus (which was surprisingly good!), a little bag of roasted, salted soybeans, a bag of hot/sweet nut mix with a few dried cranberries, and a small (.43 oz.) 60% cacao dark chocolate bar, all packed nicely in a sturdy little box. And inside the box is a Sudoku puzzle. All in all, worth the money at $3. a box with Subscribe and Save. The expiration date on my unit, purchased March 2011, is August 13, 2011. I agree with the other reviewer that you could snack on this throughout the day, or eat it for a lunch.

Flavor Name: Salami and Cheese
What's in the box:

Organic, buttery-rich crackers: 6 crackers
Gourmet Asiago cheese spread: .75 oz.
Salami Slices: .8oz. enough for a couple of slices per cracker (or else you will have a lot of salami and no more crackers)
Cashew medley, containing yogurt chips, cranberries, cashews and raisins: .75 oz.
Organic Dark Chocolate sandwich cookie with antioxidants: 1 cookie
Plastic knife

It all tasted so good! I was shocked at how great all the flavors went together. The cheese spread easily on the crispy, butter crackers. The salami didn't taste salty, but was well-textured and very natural. The cashew medley is awesome and I wish there was a bigger bag of this item. The organic sandwich cookie was fine, but not outstanding. Overall, this is a great tide-me-over until dinner or my next meal. For a child, this would be fulfilling for a lunch box. I only wish there was a little juice box to wash it all down.

Flavor Name: Turkey Stick and Crunch
I first found Go Picnic meals by accident in an airport...now I'm on a quest to try each variety! This is the second I've tried and I really did like it. The turkey stick has a nice consistency and flavor (not tough and greasy like a Slim Jim) and the PoP chips are really tasty (again, flavorful, but not greasy). The Baja fruit and nut mix is a good combination of sweet and spicy and the dark chocolate bar is a nice finish to the little meal. I will say that you DO need a bottle of water (or some other cold drink) to wash this down. Even though the sodium content isn't listed as being high (340 mg for the entire box), I was left thirsty and needed to supplement my juice box (what can I say - I was packing light!).
I think the combination of slightly spicy nut mix, turkey stick and BBQ chips left my palate a bit parched. Otherwise, I think this is great and would highly recommend it as an on-the-go lunch or snack.

Flavor Name: Tuna and Crackers Verified Purchase
I discovered GoPicnic when I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. I am so happy that Amazon has such a large range of these handy meals. Small enough to go in a purse, but filling enough to substitute for a normal meal, they run about 350 calories per pack. I have tried all the gluten free flavors, but the Tuna and Crackers is my favorite. There's a container of tasty tuna spread, a small bag of multigrain crackers to spread it on, a tub of the BEST apple sauce (Sweet Perry Orchards - not too sweet, terrific apple taste), a bag of fruit and nut mix and a small but delicious square of organic dark chocolate. The box also contains a folding plastic spork for dealing with the tuna spread and the apple sauce. I have a stash of these meals at work, and use them frequently when I am at all day meetings where lunch is provided. Since the lunch is usually not gluten free, I need to be self sufficient, and this gives me enough indulgence not to feel deprived when I see others scarfing down their sandwiches and cookies. I bought them on Subscribe & Save, which brought the price per meal to just over $3, which those of you who buy gluten free anything will recognize as a pretty good deal! Unfortunately, they are currently out of stock on Amazon, but I am hoping they get them back in and continue my monthly delivery.
