This book is filled with information on goat health. It covers everything from routine care to major health issues your goat may have. I like that it gives you natural alternatives to try instead of or along with pharmaceuticals. I found this book when I bought Cheryl's other book, "Raising Goats for Dummies". Both are now excellent additions to my library.

A great book for new goat owners, covers most aspects of goat health and ownership.
"If you only own one goat book, this should be it!"
Great reference for long time goat owners as well.
Easy to locate the information needed, keep one in the house and one in the barn.

I wish I had known about this book sooner! Cheryl K. Smith has written and collected some of the best current information to date regarding the care and health of the individual goat and goat herd. Whether you have a large herd or a small one you will benefit from the detailed information in this fabulous collection of articles. It is an empowering and encouraging beginners manual written in layman's terms that will pay for itself over and over again.

This book is loaded with valuable information on goat health. It is a must read for all goat owners.

I just got this book not long ago. It's a great book for anyone with goats.
