tastes great, but too brown,

This review is from: Gobel 15-1/2-by-5-Inch Mini Madeleine Pan, Non Stick (Kitchen)
This pan is very functional--makes wonderful mini-madeleines that are almost perfect--spongy, delicate, comes off in one piece easily thanks to the nonstick coating, heats evenly, etc. My only complaint is that the shell-surface is too brown, instead of that nice yellow-golden appearance. This seems to be a problem with nonstick pans in general. Other than this, excellent pan.

$18.99 is expensive but bite size is the right size,

This review is from: Gobel 15-1/2-by-5-Inch Mini Madeleine Pan, Non Stick (Kitchen)
I love my Berndes cast aluminum mini cake pans but they are still too big. This nonstick version is $6 more expensive than the tinned steel version but this one is dishwasher safe and nonstick. It is a very thin and lightweight pan. These molds are the size of a large man's thumbnail. The back is brown colored. The French have such good taste.
