I have found this book to be very helpful in my spiritual life. It does an excellent job of breaking up the fairly dense thought of Eckhart into thirty bite-sized peices. At the end of the thirty day regimen of daily devotions, I found myself with a better sense of my connection to God, in addition to a greater familiarity with this great thinker.

This is a great way to put yourself in the presence of the Lord for the day. Morning prayer, prayer through the day and night examination of conscience. I would recommend this to anyone.
