Toshihiko Izutsu's analysis is quite simply one of the best in terms of Quranic studies. I think his other book "ethico-religious concepts in the Quran" is available free online in PDF, so you should read that and if you like that, buy this book as its even better. The paperback version by publishers 'Noordeen' is good and cheapest.
