5.0 out of 5 stars Great Follow Up With New Singer
One King Down returns again, with a new singer, John Peters, who makes a good addition to the SXE hardcore band from Albany New York. The new CD includes the melodic "God Loves Man Kills", as well as many other songs that will pave a new way in the Hardcore Scene Which has gained popularity, with the help of ONE KING DOWN

3.0 out of 5 stars heavier, but less impressive
The vocals on this album are intense, but the songwriting just isnt the same as Bloodlust Revenge. Not only are the lyrics below par for OKD, but the intensity of their music does not hold throughout the entire disc. The only truly exceptional song on this album is All to Gray. The rest are good, but definately not a step forward for OKD. Too bad this album had to...

5.0 out of 5 stars Lyrically great as well as musically, November 20, 2002

What stands out the most for me is the lyrics on this album. The music is extremely intense although not much speed is present. Even though bloodlust revenge was better you still shouldn't count this album out because it blows me away everytime i listen to it. XXX

2.0 out of 5 stars I agree terrible, May 11, 2005

It only gets two stars because its OKD, but Jon Peters simply does not fit OKD. It sounds like OKD changed their sound to noisecore just to fit him. If you want to get a sense of OKD, do not buy this album.

This record deserves more than just 5 rotten stars, if it were free to set as many as wanted...It would take me several years to get it done! These guys have created a monster who will tear through obstructions and difficulties in it's path...to reach it's goal: KING'S OF THE RAPCOREMETAL scene or any other musical scene for that matter! And if anyone deserves it, it's ONE KING DOWN...Buy this album if you do not already own it...it's worth your money!!!

This freakin' album kicks serious a$$... No Doubt! In the vein of new school hardcore sound, like VOD and/or Snapcase.

1.0 out of 5 stars This album is terrible, February 6, 2001

I loved Bloodlust revenge, but this album was a huge letdown. It has non of Bloodlusts good qualities. Just mindless masturbating with snapcasy lead guitar riffs.
