This publisher has organized the letters that the child learns into "family groups" to retain the correct formation process. They begin with pre-handwriting exercises and proceed through the entire alphabet while coloring and doing activities on the pages when finished. The child is only expected to write the letters that he/she has already learned in the words on the page. This book starts with lowercase letters and proceeds through the capitals.
