This is a great way to end the trilogy of Kratos' revenge. The graphics are beautiful,as you can tell from the first battle against Poseidon (very water-effects heavy, looks amazing). And oh BOY is it a bloody game, no disappintment there. The game-play is about the same as in the first two games, but the switching between weapons and magic is much more streamlined. The plot is acceptable, though the ending seemed slightly off from the mood of the trilogy as a whole.
The whole storyline only takes about 10-12 hours to play through, but the real challenge comes from the other features, like the combat arena. The game is a little lacking in special features, like the lack of costumes (only 1 in this game), but the other cheats and specials are pretty cool.
All in all, if you've enjoyed the other 2 games in this series, this game is worth a least renting for the satisfaction you get with each God you kill, but doesn't have the high replay factor the first GOW had.
