I am continually amazed at the wonderful things that come out of this humble group of 250 non-professional singers, in this wonderful congregation. Under Carol Cymbala's Spirit-anointed leadership, the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir continues to offer wonderful, heartfelt music.

Recorded live at the Brooklyn Tabernacle during a regular worship service, the choir opens this recording with an old spiritual "All the Way to Calvary" (written in 1915), and gives us the full scope of music from the old spirituals to four new songs from the pen of Carol Cymbala, and a healthy dose of Kurt Carr's "For Every Mountain."

As usual, the vocals are tight, inspiring, and uplifting to the listening audience. Having visited this church on a number of occasions, the only thing better than the recording, is "BEING THERE YOURSELF."

It won't be long before all the choirs in America will either be singing these songs, or at least thinking about singing them in the near future.

Get this CD, it's a great one.

This was my first Brooklyn Tabernacle CD and I can't enough. The mix and blending of voices is just plain marvelous. God was surly setting on the director shoulder. Buy the CD and you will have a wonderfull day with the LORD.

The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir's new release, "God is Working" is a masterpiece. It is such a wonderful blend of upbeat, inspirational and meditative music that truly ignites the spirit and stirs the soul. My favorite is the third (3rd) track: "It's Amazing" telling about the marvelous grace God has given to his children. I highly recommend this album to all who know the Lord!

Visit The Brooklyn Tabernacle via this wonderful album. If I had to describe the sound of TBT choir using one word, I would use the word "POWERFUL." That doesn't mean loud. It means that the choir sings to God and for God. They know with every fiber of their beings that He is real and they believe in Him. Using the gift that God gave her, Carol Cymbala writes her music and directs the choir as if her life depended upon it. She holds nothing back from Him. After all that the Lord has done for her and her family, Carol knows where her talents and blessings come from and this is the way she praises Him. If only we all lived our lives with that level of gratitude. This album is healing for the heart. It points the way to the One who knows all of your problems and concerns. It reminds us that miracles are not only possible, they happen every day. God loves you deeply. You are not alone. If you forget that, play this cd and be reminded. Lift your hearts, lift your heads and lift your hands in praise of Him. Let The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir help to inspire you. After all, God Is Working!

Once again the BTC has released an album that reveals the goodness of God. Songs like "God is Working", "Nothing is Impossible", and "More Than Enough" make this album a great inspiration. The BTC has always been a blessing to my life and will always be.

and He uses the BTC to take us to the feet of Jesus with every song on this album.

I couldn't even begin to describe the joy one has when transported by the voices of this Choir. The music is ageless as it the message, and for an incredible journey of faith and inspiration, get this work of pure art to the glory of God.

I really like this CD, because every song on the CD is awesome. The CD is very inspiring. The CD lets me know that a person should believe that all things are possible with God.
