I found so much useful information is this book that I couldn't put it down until I finished it. This is one of the best books I have ever read and I am recommending it to all my friends. Hanna has many natural remedies. Some I had heard of but many I had not heard of. Truly an inspiring book worth reading. Connie in Hawaii

Way outside mainstream healthcare,

The book has a lot of information on a very, very wide range of health topics. I think it makes more sense to read the book cover to cover before trying to use it as a reference.
The terminology and core principals are not mainstream. That said, there appears to be a well of wisdom here.
