Prasann Thakrar states that we have to live our lives while being in balance - being as much in balance as possible, because true and complete balance is not possible while we are in this physical body. This "balance" that he is talking about here is not a balance between any two other ideas or concepts; e.g.; he is not talking about "Work-Life Balance" here. He is talking about a balance between what is important to us in respect to our physical being and existence versus what is important to us with regards to our spiritual goals. This is a very interesting study on a subject that is gaining more and more attention as the world goes a little crazier - I highly recommend this book!

God Made Simple and Easy! November 14, 2011

I loved Prasann Thakrar's book, God = MC2 - it is such an easy primer for those trying to develop a spiritual aspect to their lives. It explains things in such a way that we can each find ways and areas of our lives where we can practice spirituality naturally and often. Through love, forgiveness, gratitude and giving, we honor and develop our spirituality on a daily basis. This is a great gift! Thanks, Prasann.

A Spiritual Study of Oneself November 22, 2011

Thatkrar's approach to expanding your spirituality is that if you are new to practical spirituality or to metaphysical thinking, or to writings or teachings that bridge science and spirituality, you will experience or may have already experienced this odd phenomenon: You become a voracious reader of any and all books or material on these subjects that you can get your hands on! At least, that is exactly what happened to the author. And when that happens (or if it has already happened to you), you should read not only this book, you should also try and read as many other books of this nature as tickles your fancy. Thakrar's approach to the discovery of God in your life is quite inspirational and a thoroughly enjoyable read. Don't miss this book.
