Product Description

From product insert-"Aphrodite was the goddess of love, desire and beauty. The most well known myth about her birth was when Cronus castrated his father Uranus and tossed his severed genitals into the sea, Aphrodite arose from the sea foam on a giant shell and walked to shore. Aphrodite was the patron of love and lovers. She enjoyed in trapping other gods in love affairs, and she herself was not left out of the game. Being the lame god Hephaestus' wife, she embarked on an affair with Ares". This Extremely Detailed and Well-Made statue measures 11 & 1/4 Inches Made with cold cast resin, the ideal medium for faithful reproduction, the definition and the intricate details of this piece are simply breathtaking, loyally preserving the likeness and spirit of the original. The photos do not do justice. It has a nice, substantial feel to it and is heavy for its size. The bottom is furnished with felt for the protection of your furniture. Simply put, very much a Class Act Quality Product.

I purchased the statue of Aphrodite for my flower garden nearly 4 years ago it has held up the constant stress of the sun, rain and snow unlike other statues I have purchase for my flower garden. It cleans well with simple water from the garden hose.
The statue is very attractive and detailed. I high recommend it purchase to other gardeners or for display in your home.
