This is a simple easy review. I purchased this statue for myself. It is a good quality, a great size, and has a nice weight to it. You just can't beat it for the price.

I buy this as a gift for my boy-friend. he is wiccan and loved it very much. The art and details were very extravagent and well defined. I received in a beautyfull package and it was well shiped. I think anyone interested in greek mythology and art should definatly get this statuete.

I purchased the statue of Aphrodite for my flower garden nearly 4 years ago it has held up the constant stress of the sun, rain and snow unlike other statues I have purchase for my flower garden. It cleans well with simple water from the garden hose.
The statue is very attractive and detailed. I high recommend it purchase to other gardeners or for display in your home.

This is a nice statue. It is not, I believe, a copy of any specific classical work; I believe rather it was inspired by William-Adolphe Bouguereau's 1879 painting "The Birth of Venus." The piece is chalk-white. I wish it had come in a more antique finish, but it looks like the photo, so no complaints here. Inside the shipping box, the piece itself came in a very attractive gift box, so that's a plus, if you are considering a gift: no wrapping necessary.

I received this as a gift and Aphrodite is lovely. I placed her on my desk so I can look at her, while I am at my computer.

A very highly detailed quality piece. We keep it on a accent table and everyone that comes to our house comments on how classy it is. No one would ever think it was 30 dollars.

This is a lovely accent to any table or shelf...elegant and eye-catching, to be sure. Its tasteful sensuality tends relax people and make them feel a bit more comfortable. That's to be expected, right? - her being the goddess of love and beauty!

The statue, itself, is well rendered, and endowed with enough detail to convince you that it's worth every penny you spent for it. The delight of these kind of statues (and I own more than 20 of them) is that, even months later, you will discover something new that you didn't notice the first or hundredth time.

As I also own the Aphrodite sitting on a Hippogriff, I'd recommend this one to that simply because this one is more "touchable" while the other is too busy and has so many details and projections that you're always afraid of snapping something off whenever you need to dust.

If you're looking for a nice accent piece that speaks well of you, this one will fill the bill nicely.

This an excellent statue worthy of display in the home. The detail is excellent and the finish is smooth and the appearance looks like marble. It mirrors the many statues found in Rome.

This is a beautiful statue with fine detail. The white marble resin is like smoothed stone. Perfectly elegant decor. Love it!
