It doesn't make much sense to give a negative review to a product you've not even seen, based entirely upon the fact that its description is given in terms you find difficult to decipher. 18.4 cm is about 7.24 inches: you're online, just google "cm-in converter." Or look on your ruler: most display both centimeters and inches.
I've given the bracelet five stars in order to balance out the other review....
