I bought this item as bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding. Package arrived 2 days after I placed order. Impressive! I measured myself but still ordered one size up since this item was described as junior dress. Shouldn't have done that. Their size chart is pretty accurate. Now it needs some minor alteration, but that's fine. This dress looks absolutely stunning. Before making this purchase, I've tried local stores and other websites. You can't beat the price of this dress, and the quality of the fabric is not bad at all.

I bought this dress for my friend's upcoming wedding. It arrived quickly.
However when I tried it on, I looked like a cow!

I weigh 125lbs and I'm 5'6. (It was long enough) But I am a size 4 on top and a size 6 on the bottom- you know, the evil pear shape.

Thus, I think the sash made my hips look really big and then the top sash covered my small boobs and voila- I am a silk clad sumo wrestler! I did try a padded bra- but to no avail. I was still kickin it bertha style.

So if you are similar to me in size or shape I suggest passing on this dress. Even though it does look smashing in the picture. *sigh*

I bought this item on a Wed. and it was at my house on a Saturday. I needed a white gown for my sorority cotillion. And I was the talk of the town. I would recommend this dress to anyone. And forget about buying a size bigger. Sizes are accurate.And for the price you def can't complain. Just be sure to get it steamed, the dress comes pretty wrinkled from packaging.

I ordered this dress for my daughter for prom. The dress came so fast. There were some creases in the dress which is to be expected from being folded nicely in its shipping box. But that is easy to iron out - silk setting w/steam. The dress is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. It is such a classy looking gown and for the price, it looks like it really should cost more. All my daughters' friends who have seen it want to trade dresses with her. They all spent over $200.00 for their gowns in town and I think this dress looks way nicer than theirs! I ordered a size up just to be safe. I had to have it altered for my daughter. It was a good thing I went up a size to accommodate my daughters big chest, but the rest of the dress had to be sized down. My daughter loves her dress and she looks beautiful!!

I absolutely loved this dress. It looks exactly like the picture. It even has a little stretch to it which provides extra comfort. the size chart is very accurate. I got a bigger size and with a few alterations, it will fit perfect. I would definitely reccommend this dress.

I will say that this dress looked perfect in red next to the blood strip on my husbands Marine Corps dress blues. I very seldom dress up, so I have no problem saying that I looked fabulous that night. There were only a few minor problems with the dress. I have long legs and a short torso. The dress was by no means too short but the top was a little too long. My friend had to sew in the speghetti straps so that the material did not keep folding over at the waist seam. If you have a longer torso or bigger boobs you probably won't have that same problem. If you have bigger hips, such as I, you might want to get a size up and get the top taken in a little. That probably would have solved my problem but we ran out of time. I am a size 12 pants, but a medium on top and ordered a large. The fit on bottom was perfect. I did wear a black satin bolero with it, also made by pacific plex, which made me feel much less self consious. The combo with the black and red looks great for a Marine Corps Ball. It also turns out great in pictures.

PacificPlex is great with returns, so even if you order it and hate it you can always send it back for a full refund minus the shipping charge. I originally ordered an XL (big mistake) and had another dress within 7days from the time that I got the first dress. I would definitely order from this company again and I think I already have my dress picked out for the next Ball.

I looked for hours to find the perfect dress to wear to my sister's wedding in Italy this fall. I found this one and checked the reviews for sizes and fit because it seems like every dress is made to different measurements!!! So I ordered it hoping it was going to fit and not need alterations as I will be leaving for Italy in 2 weeks!!
This dress fits very true to the measurements given. I am 5' 10" 150lbs 38/32/40 and I ordered Large. It fits perfectly with room to breathe and add a few under skirts to give it a fuller look. The length drops just at my feet and fits perfectly with my 2 inch heels!
The dress comes with straps to attach if you don't want the strapless look. The wrap at the waist bulges a little but I will tack that down with some thread. The color (chocolate) is beautiful and looks much better in person than in the picture. The shipping was FAST! I got it 3 days after I ordered it! I would totally recommend this dress and would say follow the measurement guide. It may be long on anyone shorter than me, but getting it hemmed is a lot easier than it being too short to begin with! I'll add a pic when I get back from Italy!!

I bought this dress to change into at my wedding reception. It was lightweight, comfortable, and the price was great. It fit almost perfectly according to my size. The best part is that I wasn't even upset when it got spilled on (whereas if my $1300 ceremony dress had been spilled on, I would have been in hysterics). Great dress for the price, people loved it!

I am 5'8" and a 36B and a large fit me beautifully. It hugs curves in all the right places and the fabric hides any extra tummy you might have. I purchased the sage, which looks lovely in the picture, but when I received the dress it is actually a bright lime green. I was looking for a gown for a black tie event, but the lime green seemed much too childish a color for it. I was sorry that such a beautifully fitting dress did not have an accurate color portrayal, and I will be returning it. Be wary of color selection!
