I felt this book was very helpful on my journey of self discovery. It is full of information and assignments to help you get to know the goddesses and your self. It is not a full discovery of each goddess as it just tells the main points about them so it can only be used as a quick refrence but it help you to know the significance of each Goddess in modern days of women as well as ways to evoke the Goddess into your life. Each goddess has her own activity to help you get to know more about her. For instance Athenas headache remedy or Psyches beauty cream. As well as different things to add to your altar in thier honor. I was happy with this book and for the price I paid Im sure I will more then get my moneys worth out of it!
