I ordered this guitar to use with a Roland GR55. They are hard to find apparently and I couldn't get one through my normal vendor. So I looked up authorized dealers and lo and behold Amazon's name came up. I received the guitar 2-3 days before I received the Roland unit. Took it to rehearsal just to see what it sounded like without the synth. WOW is all I can say. This is a kick-ass guitar with a wide variety of sounds. I especially like the ability to blend in acoustic and electric sounds to get that perfect tone. The acoustic sounds are realistic enough I can foresee using only one guitar for gigs. No more time consuming guitar changes for me. Everyone says it looks absolutely beautiful and sounds great. Got my first gig with it tomorrow night. Taking my Rick 360 too, but I may not get a chance to play it if the Godin performs the way I expect it will. One of these days I'll get around to hooking it up to the Roland unit but right now I'm having too much fun without it.
