I received this as a wedding gift and went out and bought more cups in the sets of four (you have to search though for those). There was absolutely no damage, my silver tray has no dents, and the cups are a little larger than those old-timey punch cups, so your guests are not constantly getting refills. Each piece is very pretty and worth it. I have a nice large dishwasher, so I put the punch bowl and all the cups in there, no damage at all. You need to handwash the tray and ladle, but everything else is a breeze, I would recommend this item to anyone!

I took a look at the photo and the other individuals review and though, "what a great deal!" Boy was I wrong. It arrived with 2 broken glasses and was missing the ladle and serving tray. I took it back to my local Target store and they did refund my money, but not my shipping costs. How is that acceptable?

The punch bowl and cups are great; however, when the set arrived, the serving tray looked like it had gone through a hail storm. I had another set sent to me and it, too, was dented.

Loved the crystal punch bowl but it was poorly packed and arrived at my daughter's with a number of broken parts.
Would like to get her an undamaged one, properly packed and safely delivered. Is that possible?
