I received this decanter in very poor packaging. The item itself was chipped in many places. It was obvious to me that the company that sent it cared nothing for quality control, and it's really too bad because the decanter itself, unmarred, would be beautiful and I would have been happy with it. Also when I sent it back they only credited me for the item and not the $8.98 shipping charge which I thought was totally unfair. If I had returned the item simply because I didn't like it paying the shipping would have been understandable. But, to charge me for their lousy packaging on a fragile shipment going from the east coast to the west coast tells me what an amatuer company they are. I will never buy from them again.
