The discounted gift card represent $100 dollar value for Godiva chocolate purchase.
I made a purchase on Godiva website 3~4 days ago and it appears that multiple gift card can be used at the same time.
The $25 dollar per each card is appropriate amount for a gift.
Furthermore, if you want to make a larger purchase, you can just use more than one card like I did.
One drawback for using it online is the freight cost, but if there's a Godiva store close you, they will happy to accept these.
