I first used Godrej while living in India in an apartment that didn't have a working water heater. Shaving with cold water is typically a bad experience, but Godrej made everything all right. With warm water, this stuff is a dream - better than Alba, Aveda, Trader Joe's and the other two or three brands I've tried. I think the secret is that Godrej isn't slimy. In India, a tube sells for about $1 - it's still a fantabulous value here at $1.99.
